At LKS Food & Organic Products, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality food products and ensure that every order reaches you in good condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only if:

The product received is damaged during transit.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The product packaging is visibly tampered with upon delivery.
The product is expired at the time of delivery.

2. Return Request Timeline

Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. Proof Required

To process a return request efficiently, customers may be required to provide:

Order number
Photographs of the product
Images of the damaged or tampered packaging
Any additional details requested by our support team

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly excluded from eligibility for return:

Opened or partially consumed products
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Products purchased during special promotions, flash sales, or clearance sales
Returns requested beyond the specified 48-hour return window

5. Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

6. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer to send a replacement product instead of issuing a refund, subject to product availability and the nature of the issue reported.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped and handed over to our courier partners, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.
